MDE Convergence Entrepreneurs, which proposes a wide range of services for project backers, entrepreneurs and companies of Paris Terres d’Envol and Grand Roissy Le Bourget, and Hubstart, a hosting structure dedicated to new and up-and-coming young companies, have called upon Hub One, provider of information and communication technology services in professional environments, to optimise their data networks and their telephony infrastructures in order to propose to the client companies a superfast broadband solution that is accessible and suited to their needs.
Hubstart and MDE Convergence Entrepreneurs are engaged in a process of consolidating their services for hosting and supporting businesses. To this end, Hubstart and MDE Convergence Entrepreneurs wanted to re-adapt the network and the telephony offering as proposed to the entrepreneurs hosted in the business incubators.
To address this challenge, and drawing on its extensive know-how in the deployment of network infrastructures, Hub One has therefore deployed a network and VoIP solution in the offices and co-working spaces of Hubstart and MDE Convergence Entrepreneurs. This means that both organisations get better Internet speeds and optimum phone network quality.
The infrastructure implemented by Hub One is based on the existing installations of Hubstart and MDE Convergence Entrepreneurs and enables agile network management while keeping down costs. This scalable solution is suited to the growing number of entrepreneurs wishing to connect to the network or use the telephony infrastructure.
Furthermore, the billing system has also been simplified thanks to this new infrastructure, since each client company only pays for its own consumption: a real plus-point for the young structures hosted in the incubators. Thanks to its expertise, Hub One has met the expectations of Hubstart and MDE Convergence Entrepreneurs via a bespoke solution in service of the entrepreneurs and their usages.
Hub One has also put in place a Managed LAN solution via the addition of a firewall and several security components, to reinforce the security of the deployed network.
Hub One has managed the implementation of the solution from end to end and supports Hubstart in its operation.
