<![CDATA[Hub One, provider of information and communication technology services in professional environments, announces the appointment of David Boucher as Director of Cybersecurity. In this post, his missions will be to direct and develop the cybersecurity activity, which perfectly complements the Group’s other activities. He will report directly to Patrice Bélie, CEO of Hub One.

Backed by its dynamism and as a complement to its historic activities as a BtoB telecoms operator and integrator of professional traceability and mobility solutions, Hub One has decided to invest heavily in a new strategic line of business: cybersecurity.
David Boucher has acquired considerable experience in the fields of communication and cybersecurity, in particular in contact with benchmark stakeholders such as the French Ministry of Defence and ANSSI (Agence Nationale de la Sécurité des Systèmes d’Information – French national agency for information system security), along with consultancies and software publishers who are experts in Information System security and Trusted Computing.
He started his career in 1999 at Arcelor Mital in the Information Systems Department, as a software engineer, before joining SAGEM Mobiles in 2001, where he occupied various management posts which enabled him to forge solid expertise in the fields of Research & Development and Innovation.
In 2008, he joined the Myriad Group as programmes and customer relations manager with Sagem Wireless, responsible for managing the software development team and overseeing 4th-generation communication product-line projects.
In 2010, he was involved in the creation of the innovative young company, Time Reversal Communications, in cooperation with a team of researchers from the Langevin Institute, where he took care of setting up and managing a team of 30 or so high-calibre engineers specialised in mobile communications security and network engineering. In late 2011, following the takeover of Time Reversal Communications by the ATOS/Bull Group, David retained his functions and took the reins of the R&D department of the Special Terminals Business Unit, attached to the Security Solutions Business Line.
Before joining Hub One, David Boucher was VP Product & Innovation at Bertin IT, where he was in charge of an R&D team of 20 engineers tasked with developing product lines dedicated to the security of Information Systems and sensitive infrastructures.
« We are delighted to welcome David Boucher into Hub One. His extensive expertise and know-how will help us to pursue our growth by targeting the BtoB market with its high potential for cybersecurity services, » states Patrice Bélie, CEO of Hub One. « For Hub One, cybersecurity is a natural and complementary extension to its existing activities. Our ambition is to support our client companies along the entire communication chain – from network core to terminal, from infrastructure to software – by reducing as far as possible the potential risks in each link of the chain. »
