Particularly attached to the principles of personal data protection, Hub One is committed to the users, natural persons (hereinafter “the User”) of its website https://www.hubone.fr/ ( hereinafter the “Site”) to process their personal data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in particular Law n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, relating to data processing, files and freedoms and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (here- afterwards, the “Regulations applicable to the protection of personal data”).

Hub One reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, in whole or in part. 1. IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER AND HIS DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

The Personal Data Processing implemented within the framework of the Site is integrated into the Processing Register of Hub One, acting in its capacity as Data Controller.

This register is kept by the Data Protection Officer (hereinafter the “DPO”) of Hub One.

3. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

The recipients of the Personal Data of the Users collected as part of the use of the Site are:

  • Authorized persons from the relevant departments of Hub One; and

6. GUARANTEES

Hub One ensures the security of Users’ Personal Data by establishing all technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of their Personal Data. Protective measures include firewalls, physical and logical access controls to Personal Data centers, and information access authorization controls.

Hub One does not transfer Personal Data.

The User is informed that, during his visits to the Site, cookies may be installed on his terminal.
