Hub One and UCOPIA present their White Paper: "Wi-Fi: driving new corporate usages"

<![CDATA[Hub One, provider of information and communication technology services in professional environments, and UCOPIA, European leader in Wi-Fi connectivity and bespoke proximity user experience (UX), release a White Paper on Wi-Fi usages in professional environments. In this document, Hub One and UCOPIA have sought to run the rule over the current perceptions and usages of Wi-Fi in businesses, to cast some light on the benefits linked to its deployment.
In this age of digital transformation, businesses need to propose an efficient and optimum connection to their employees, visitors and external service providers. 82%[1] of the organisations polled in this survey are equipped with a Wi-Fi network accessible to all, and in all buildings. Putting in place this technology allows them to address the new corporate usages engendered by the boom in BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), the increasing mobility of employees, and the development of applications and other collaborative tools. Proposing a wireless Internet connection nevertheless gives rise to a series of technical, regulatory and security questions.
Hub One and UCOPIA are looking to give companies the benefit of their proven expertise in wireless connections so as to address these issues, banish misconceptions, promote the many advantages of an efficient Wi-Fi network, and enlighten businesses on how to optimise the management of this network. Comfort in the workplace, optimised productivity, employee satisfaction, enhanced competitiveness: these are some of the solid benefits offered by Wi-Fi.
